Fatima Al-Nasheet is an experienced educational consultant and translator with over 15 years in the field, specialising in bilingual curriculum development, early years education, and learning resource management.

She has worked with institutions such as AbdulRahman Kanoo International School, BePro Training Centre, and BriteThink UK, translating and adapting educational content—most notably the NCFE CACHE qualification—between English and Arabic. With a B.A. in English Language and Literature and fluency in Arabic, English, and Danish, Fatima is passionate about inclusive education, cultural relevance, and supporting student learning through high-quality resources.

With over 15 years of experience in vocational education and internal quality assurance across the UK and Gulf, Robert brings deep expertise in assessing and maintaining the highest standards in CACHE qualifications. He is the co-founder of BRITEthink, overseeing quality for over 14 training providers in the GCC.

Robert is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Education at University College London (UCL), with research focused on holistic and occupational assessment. His specialisations include Early Years (Level 2–5), Business, Digital Skills, and Leadership. He plays an essential role in ensuring our programmes meet UK awarding body standards while staying relevant to the educational needs in Bahrain.

Ursula Venter is a CACHE-certified assessor and educator specialising in early childhood education. With qualifications in Education, Psychology, and Sociology, she brings 15+ years of international experience across South Africa, China, and Bahrain.

Her expertise spans ESL leadership, trauma counselling, and SEN support (including Dyslexia and Autism). Certified in Play Therapy, she now delivers CACHE qualifications through practical, learner-centered training aligned with global standards.

Dr. Sawsan M. Jawad is a senior academic and quality assurance professional with extensive expertise in vocational education, internal quality assurance (IQA), and curriculum strategy. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration, she brings a strong foundation in academic leadership and industry practice, supported by a background in Finance and Human Resources management.

Her work spans the design, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance of accredited programmes across business, accounting, and employability disciplines. As a seasoned trainer and assessor, she specialises in constructive alignment, assessment frameworks, and performance-driven learning models that ensure compliance with awarding body standards while delivering measurable outcomes.

Dr. Sawsan plays a critical role in upholding quality, consistency, and academic integrity, driving programmes that are both strategically aligned and professionally impactful.

Fedaa is an accomplished Early Years administrative professional with a proven ability to adapt quickly to childcare systems and operational procedures. She demonstrates a high level of professional judgement, organisational excellence, and attention to detail, while effectively utilising modern administrative tools to support Early Years settings. Recognised for her proactive mindset and reliability, Fedaa is well positioned to contribute positively within a professional childcare and early education environment.

Mariam is a senior Early Years education leader and professional trainer with expertise in academic leadership and quality assurance. As an NCFE Authorised Assessor and certified Trainer, she oversees accredited programmes and supports continuous professional development across teaching teams. She is recognised for strategic leadership and a strong commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
