8. Course Enrolment

When you enrol in a course, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of both the BePro Training Centre website, as well as the terms and conditions set out by our partners that own and offer you their courses and training programs through our website. Our partners could be an individual freelancer or an organisation. In addition to the terms mentioned here, users need to meet the enrolment requirements set out by a specific course and honour the policies that are related to that course.

For example, if you enrol in a Level 2 Award course, provided by BRITEthink (one of our partners), you agree, acknowledge, and ensure that you meet all the requirements for the enrolment in this course. In addition, you also agree to meet all the requirements and conduct all the tasks that are required for you to successfully complete the course and obtain the certification.

BePro Training Centre does not guarantee that you will receive certification for a course simply because you have enrolled in the course. You must abide by all the policies and requirements that are set forth by the partner who is delivering and accrediting the course.

9. Courses Offered in Collaboration with Third Parties

Some of our courses are offered in collaboration with 3rd parties, this is clearly indicated in the course overview section, in this case 3rd parties set the price, their terms and conditions and policies.

Any request for a refund is subject to the stipulations outlined in BePro Refund Policy, which states:

Admission and Registration Fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applicable on tuition fees only in accordance with the schedule below:

No refunds will be given after the withdrawal deadline has elapsed. Upon withdrawal, learners are required to return their ID card to the Centre Manager. Learners who withdrew from the programme and wish to re-enrol later must follow the procedures for re-admission.

This Refund, Withdrawal & Re-admission policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. The complete text of the policy can be found in the BePro Learner Handbook, which governs and supersedes any summaries or excerpts provided here.

12. Complaints

We aim to carry out our work to high standards and expect that all our training services will be of consistently high quality and proceed smoothly and without incident. We recognise that occasionally concerns may arise about some aspects of our work or the conduct of our staff. We take complaints very seriously and do what we can to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. We view complaints as an important way of improving what we do. We will: Handle complaints quickly and efficiently, and handle complaints in a fair and even-handed way, treating all parties in similar circumstances equitably and respectfully.

If the learner wishes to file a complaint, they must follow the procedures outlined in the Learner Complaint Policy which can be found in the BePro Learner Handbook. Specifically, the complaint must be submitted using the designated Learner Complaint Form and then emailed to the appropriate address:  [email protected].

13. Attendance in Live Training Sessions

If you register for a trainer-led course, then you are expected to attend all training sessions. If you are absent, it is the learner’s responsibility to read the material and complete the assignments independently. If you do not maintain attendance in the live sessions (when and if available), then it is up to the trainer to decide if you are able to graduate from that course. Trainers reserve the right to change the times/dates of the sessions, and it is the responsibility of the user to communicate with the trainer of the course if they have any issues with attendance.

14. Plagiarism Policy

To safeguard the interests of BePro, its learners, staff, and the Awarding Body by addressing malpractice and plagiarism effectively and consistently.

This policy applies to learners, all staff including trainers, assessors, administrative personnel and third parties whether individuals or organisations involved in the assessment process or in supporting learners.

Malpractice, which includes maladministration, is defined as a deliberate act, default, or practice to deceive or falsify records in order to obtain a qualification, result, or certificate. Committing malpractice breaches regulations set by Awarding organisations thus compromising the integrity of the assessment and damaging the authority, reputation and credibility of awarding organisations and the training provider.

Maladministration is defined as an ‘act of inefficient or dishonest administration in a situation where the individual or group in charge is unjust, dishonest, or ineffective in their leadership.’

BePro is committed to investigate and report all suspected cases of malpractice to the awarding organisation in all cases that fail to abide by regulations that may constitute malpractice and take appropriate action in order to maintain the integrity and validity of awards and our reputation and image as a trustworthy and reliable training provider.

BePro will not tolerate actions (or attempted actions) of malpractice or maladministration. The malpractice and plagiarism policy exists to enable BePro to work with awarding organisations to reduce instances of malpractice through effective detection of irregularities, and by imposing appropriate penalties and sanctions.

To view specific examples of plagiarism and understand the implications fully, users are required to refer to the Malpractice and Plagiarism Policy in the BePro Learner Handbook.

15. Learner Appeal Against Access Policy & Learner Assessment Appeals Policy

BePro Training Centre is dedicated to equal opportunity and providing a fully comprehensive service to its users. To ensure fairness and consistency in decision-making, it is essential that any appeal submitted by a learner must conform to the procedures and guidelines stipulated within BePro’s Appeal Against Access Policy & Learner Assessment Appeals Policy.

  • Exclusions: Offers may be excluded from use on specific courses, certifications, or services, as determined by the Centre.
  • Refund Impact: If a learner receives a refund for a service purchased with a discount or fee waiver, the refund amount will be based on the net fee paid by the learner (the original price minus the value of the discount/waiver). The discount or waiver itself holds no independent cash value and is not refundable.

4. Misuse and Fraud
