Course Overview
The NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (Management Pathway) is designed for managers and leaders in various care settings. It develops skills in leadership, management, and strategic decision-making to improve service quality and outcomes.

Entry requirements:
- Minimum 20 years old
- Diploma in any field
Prior CACHE Level 3 qualification preferred
Prior Work experience in similar or related field preferable
Evidence of English Language Proficiency (if taking the programme in English)
Do you need to be working to take this qualification?
Learners will need to be working in the role of Deputy or Manager in an appropriate setting or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles to be able to study for the Level 5 Diploma.
